The Man and The Comfort Zone

In psychology, the comfort zone refers to a mental state where a person uses behaviors and thoughts to avoid fear and anxiety in daily life. When in the comfort zone, people create a routine lifestyle where they do not demand more than their capabilities and do not have to take any risks.
